ALEX Glenn says the Broncos have to ‘get down to business’ as they steady to face a team that pulled their pants down earlier this year.

The Broncos only have to think back to round five to remember the Bulldogs upsetting them 10-7 in Sydney.

On that night the Broncos led 7-0 before they were run down in wet conditions.

It was be a clear night at Suncorp Stadium on Thursday, and Glenn said the Broncos had to be very clear about what they were doing against the Dogs.

The run to the finals starts now, with the Broncos having seven games left.

They need to win this to stay in the top four, the season goal for the team before the finals begin.

Glenn said it wasn’t about being personal; it was about the Broncos being clinical.

“It’s not so much about getting our revenge against them – it’s just about playing our brand of football,” he said.

“It’s our last home game for a little while, so we want to do our home fans proud and make sure we are nailing our roles in the team.

“It’s the back end of the season now – it’s all business now.

“We have to make sure we are doing all the little things right and all the one percenters.

“It is about staying to our process and mentally sticking to our game.

“They are a big pack and mentally can get in your head if you let them.

“So it’s about playing your role for the team and not letting anything inside of that.”

With Matt Gillett returning, Glenn is expected to slot back to the bench when Wayne Bennett names his team for the Thursday night game this afternoon.
